Included in my 4 hours would be a phone chat to connect and plan a time-frame, then in-person hours at the receiver’s home where I will offer a house tidy, a nourishing meal and herbal supportive teas, breastfeeding/feeding support, a nap for momma while I watch baby, an hour of warm oil bodywork (abhyanga) and a judgement free listening ear.
